Energy Efficiency: Implementing energy-efficient technologies and practices such as using LED lighting, installing high-efficiency HVAC systems, and incorporating passive solar design to reduce reliance on artificial heating and cooling.

Use of Renewable Energy: Incorporating renewable energy sources like solar panels, to power buildings and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

Material Selection: Choosing environmentally friendly and recycled materials with low environmental impact for construction and finishes. This included using sustainably sourced wood, recycled metals, low-VOC paints, and eco-friendly insulation, easily available scrap parts of automobile, and reused them a sa design element.

Water Conservation: Implementing water-saving strategies like using low-flow fixtures, rainwater harvesting systems, and drought-resistant landscaping to reduce water consumption.

Optimizing Space and Design: Designing spaces to maximize natural light and ventilation, reducing the need for artificial lighting and air conditioning. Employing efficient space planning and flexible design to accommodate changing needs over time.

Waste Reduction and Recycling: Designing for easy disassembly and recycling at the end of a building’s life cycle. Using construction techniques that minimize waste generation and incorporating recycling systems within buildings.

Life Cycle Analysis: Considering the environmental impact of materials and systems throughout their entire life cycle, from extraction to disposal, to make informed decisions about their use.

Adaptive Reuse and Renovation: Renovating existing structures, and repurposing materials to reduce the need for new construction and conserve resources. We have reused every scrap metal and wood provided from the workshop and delivered customised designed spaces for the employees to work with ease.

Community and Social Considerations: Designing spaces that promote community interaction, walkability, and access to private-public spaces to reduce reliance on individual places and foster a sense of community.
