An upcoming food industry brand with small yet unique outlets all over New Delhi speacialised in Andhra Cousine. Pramana Design Studio worked with Ar. Kovid Kalesh, MAK Studios, New Delhi to provide different functional design for different areas required for the industrial kitchen. The kitchen was designed to cater 150 outlets, along with a small dormitory for resting purposes. Pramana Design Studio was majorly involved in the MEP planning and execution of the project efficiently.
